Roberto Bruni, PhD, is Associate Professor of Business Management at the Department of Economics and Law, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, where he teaches Service Management and Place Marketing and he is member of MarkLab (Marketing Laboratory – UNICAS) and BifeLab (Laboratory on Banking, Finance and Ethics- UNICAS).
He is member of Italian Society of Marketing and member of Laboratory for Comparative Research in Quality of Life at the Department of Social Communication at Tomsk State University (Russian Federation).
He participates in national and international congresses with his own works in the research streams of service management, place marketing and retail management.
His works appear on International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, the TQM journal, Journal of International Consumer Marketing.
In this course he is hired by the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio.
