Researcher and professional consultant with more than 15years of experience. He holds a PhD in “Geopolitics, geostrategy and geoeconomics” at University of Trieste, a Master Degree in “Public procurement management” and a Degree in Economics.
He took part in many research groups at University of Piemonte Orientale on national and European research projects. His research interests refer to economic geography, business innovation, impact and market analysis.
He has been project manager in severalEuropean projects funded by DG Home, H2020 and other Programmes. Co-founder of Novareckon, a spin-off company of the University of Piemonte Orientale, he works both as researcher and as consultant, for public institutions and private companies, in development, implementation and coordination of European projects.
