Project Planning - The new Community programs to direct management for the period 2014-2020

The short course is aimed at businesses, associations, consortia , institutions, groups of companies, universities , research centers , business consultants and all stakeholders in the public and private sectors who have a basic knowledge on EU funding and are interested in improving general methodology of approach in view of the new opportunities offered by EU funds under direct management for the period 2014-2020.

An important aspect of the course will be that it has intended to bring together participants from differents European countries, hence also serving as a platform for establishing partnership relations and generating ideas for future common projects. During the practical simulation sessions of the course, these ideas will be further developed and structured into project concepts.

For only for Italian citizens enrolled in the Professional Order of Certified Accountants, we inform you that the course will be credited, as the previous edition, with the recognition of 15 professional credits.

Corso EU

By the end of the short-course, the participants will have an understanding of:

  • EU policies and their related funding instruments
  • How to identify EU funding opportunities
  • What are the current funding opportunities (under the 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework )
  • How to develop projects relevant to the EU funding programmes
  • The main characteristics of a successful EU project proposal
  • How to join other project / funding proposals
  • How to find and select project partners
  • The application process stages and its requirements (administrative, technical and financial)
  • Insight into the evaluation criteria and selection procedures applied
  • The main principles to successfully plan and manage a project
  • The main financial principles of EU funding programs and how to successfully manage the project’s budget
  • The main elements for a successful promotion of the project, dissemination and/or exploitation of its results
  • The challenges of managing an EU funded programme as a coordinating beneficiary or as a partner
  • Insight into successfully implemented EU projects

RULES 'OF MEMBERSHIP

For organizational reasons, prior registration is required. To sign up to the initiative, it is required to compile the: Next dates to be organized.

Participation in the seminar is subject to the same admission, which will be communicated to the applicant via: e-mail by Next dates to be organized.

Applications for membership will not be accepted if incomplete and will not be accepted if received after the deadline indicated. Applications received will not be accepted from companies defaulting against the MACTT although submitted by associations .

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

And essential, more than minimum basic knowledge about EU funding, a basic knowledge of the English language that allows the understanding of the working documents

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS

The threshold is exceeded places available (maximum 20) , will be considered the ' order of arrival of the application form provided correctly completed and submitted within the required timelines .

It will not be guaranteed admission to organizations that do not ensure their participation in all the days of the seminar.

The Organizations that have been admitted, if they wish, can send their withdrawal by email at: seminar@mactt.ue, at least 5 days from the start date of the event, but they entry fee will not be refunded. .

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

By submitting the application form by filling in the application form on-line this Regulation is deemed to be accepted in all its parts .
